Cancellation Policy – MYSTIMART

At MYSTIMART, customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation by MYSTIMART

MYSTIMART may cancel an order if:

- The product is out of stock.

- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.

- Payment is not completed successfully.

- The order is suspected to be fraudulent.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
